The Challenge
Every project management tool on the market was designed for teams. Jira, Asana, Monday—they're built around collaboration, sprints, and workflows that assume you have colleagues to assign tasks to.
But what about the freelancer juggling five clients? The indie developer shipping side projects after work? The consultant running a one-person operation?
These solopreneurs were stuck choosing between tools that were overkill for their needs or basic to-do apps that couldn't handle the complexity of real project work. We saw an opportunity to build something different.

Design Process
We started with the principle that the best interface is no interface. Every tap, every form field, every modal is friction that slows down the user.
The core insight was making AI the primary input method. Instead of navigating menus and filling out forms, users just describe what they need to do in plain English. The AI handles the parsing.
For the visual design, we embraced Apple's design language while adding our own personality. The color palette is calm and focused—we're not trying to gamify productivity or create artificial urgency.
Every screen was designed mobile-first, then expanded for iPad and Mac. The result is an interface that feels native on every device in the Apple ecosystem.
